The event, featuring Chef Isaac Kumi, showcased a tasting menu of four courses perfectly paired with three Monte das Herdades wines.<\/p>\n

The dinner commenced with Rice and pea croquettes with mozzarella, pea cream, and mint, paired with Monte das Herdades Sparkling Ros\u00e9 Brut Nature 2020. This sparkling wine, with its fruity and fresh notes and persistent bubbles, complemented the smooth and creamy flavors of the croquettes.<\/p>\n

The second course featured Beef loin carpaccio with Parmesan cheese sauce, accompanied by Monte das Herdades Chardonnay 2020. This white wine, with its floral and fruity notes, enhanced the texture and flavor of the beef, while the Parmesan cheese sauce added an extra layer of richness.<\/p>\n

The main course was a Black Angus ribeye steak, fried potatoes, gremolata, harmonized with Monte das Herdades Pinot Noir 2020. This red wine, with notes of red fruits and spices, was the perfect companion to the steak, enhancing its robust flavor and providing a balanced finish.<\/p>\n

Dessert, Chocolate Coulant with strawberry ice cream and basil syrup, was served with the Monte das Herdades Late Harvest 2018. This dessert wine, with its sweet and intense aroma, offered a delightful contrast to the chocolate coulant, while the strawberry ice cream added a refreshing touch to the pairing.<\/p>\n
